As a buyer, you get less off. Especially, in the high rental season. Many sellers that have made it this long are not as willing to drop prices as they were a year ago. Its a very interesting time as I now see in certain areas we are shifting to a sellers market. Please keep in mind this comment can "shift" by the mile. RE is very local and one Hood can be on fire while another still dead.
