I am considering buying a cottage 2-3 bed/bath home in Santa Rosa Beach for long term rentals, north of 98 or in Point Washington. Can anyone tell me what is the demand suited for long term rentals, ie. number of bed and baths, schools , location and monthly rental price point. Thanks

Good morning,
I would be happy to help you fully understand the market as we deal with long term rental investors on a regular basis. There are some key facts to consider. Give me a call.

The numbers on this are actually as good if not better then short term. feel free to call if you need any assistance. I have a few properties in mind that would make awesome long term rentals.

I don't have the numbers to back this up, but based on posts and conversations the holy grail of Sowal rentals is the unfurnished 1 bedroom with washer & dryer (not a studio or shared house) in a decent neighborhood for $1200 including utilities.
Lots of single people and couples want to live relatively close to their Sowal jobs in a starter place.
