Local looking for a long term commericial lease along 30-A

Hi! I am an established local looking for a suitable space for a small business. The space I had my heart set on in Grayton has been rented...so my search continues. I check the online listings and I am working with a realtor, but I decided I might have more luck reaching out to other locals through SoWal. If you have a space available along the 30-A area that will be available for lease as of July 1st please send me a private message.

Thank you!

I just realized a have a typo in the title box. *commercial lease*
