The entry fountain, barbeque area and swimming pools will be located along a stream that winds through the complex's lush landscaping. Complex contains fitness center and Sunset Deck. The unit is rental ready, completely furnished and professionally decorated in a contemporary style with an Island Spice color palette.

In that case, you'll have to include a date when it will be available for lease as well.

Estimated date of completion is October.

This complex is gorgeous and we would love to keep the unit. Our intended partners were not 100% committed at signing and had to back out for financial reasons. It's too much for us to carry alone but would entertain partnership proposals too.
