Wanting to research areas that are restricted to no rentals.

The lake place neighborhood (wilderness way) near Grayton does not allow short-term rentals. 216 Wilderness Way, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 | MLS #788528 | Zillow

Lake Pointe on Eastern Lake is another. Call Nina at 685-0198 for a great home in that neighborhood.

Sand Cliffs on the Gulf --- homes in Seacrest area. Although they dedicated their beach long ago to the county for public use.

Heritage Dunes in Seagrove has no short term rentals.

Sea Dunes, off Allen Loop on west end of 30-A - no short-term rentals.

Check out BellaMar at Gulf Place too. Its a gated community across from The Vue.

Watersound Origins has no short term rentals. Must rent at least 6 months.
