I just thought I'd pop into the lounge and ask the local experts...We are coming down this Friday for spring break (staying a week) We can't wait! We are going to list our house for sale. Who should we use for a realtor?
It is presently booked every week of the summer, so should be appealing for someone looking to own a good rental. We have three young boys-hubbie and I both work. It has been a bit more work than we had anticipated-having a second home to keep up with. We would like to sell if we can get a decent price. Thanks in advance!
