photographer needed

Hello, I am looking for a photographer who can take my family portrait in the dunes at Grayton Beach. Is there a photographer on this message board who can assist me?

I do not understand the reason you are laughing. My need for a photographer for my family's portrait is not funny. I think you may be one of these silly people I have been hearing about.

Oh, no no no, not me...I have never had on Khaki pants, and white shirt. I have never taken a picture of anyone with a white shirt and khaki pants....and never, ever, have I even put a big toe on a sand dune...not me you are looking for, I promise!!!

Dear Mr./Mrs. Photographer, I have BIG family and we would like to be photographed in the DUNES. Yep, that's right, and there are 10 of us. Hubby, who likes to drink beer and leave his beer cans in the DUNES, and also he smokes alot and likes to leave the butts in the DUNES, oh and I got 8 kids, all with their own "issues" a couple in diapers that don't like to keep them on, so there will probably be some diapers with fecel matter in them left on the DUNES. I got another one that likes to bring his mommy pretty "flowers" so he will be picking the Sea Oats and brining them to me. My tweens like to drink soda and eat candy, they think the DUNES are a landfill, so you will probably find their soda cans, candy wrappers, and 2 gallon plastic cups from BIG KAHUNA's left in the DUNES. Oh, and I understand you gotta climb up on those DUNES. Do you supply the ladder or should we bring our own. You know how HOT that pretty white sand gets? Well, we would like to be photographed in that cool brown dirt that is being hauled in, I know, to some people it is sand, but it sure looks like dirt. I know what you are thinking, that brown dirt is sure gonna stain those Khakis, and white shirts, but we don't care, cuz we got a lot of 'em. We all got pretty fair skin, so we would need to bring us a tent to have our picture taken under. We promise if we are not too tired from climbing up the DUNES, we will take it down when we are done. But if we are too tired, we are just gonna leave it set up in the DUNES for the wind to take care of it. Is that ok? So, Mr./Mrs. photographer just get in touch with me, so we can set us up a time to take those DUNE pictures. We are all looking so forward to it.😀

Thanks! We were going to hire a professional photographer, but they were going to charge a minimum of $800 for a sitting fee. YIKES! So my daughter's friend just snapped a few photos for us using our digital camera for free! We used these for Christmas cards for our first Christmas owning our beach home.

My son would have a fit if I made him wear the white shirt and khakis AT THE BEACH! That is his school uniform. Why do people want pics taken in uniforms? With their hair combed on top of it? AND DID SOMEONE BRING AN IRON TO THE BEACH?

What's wrong with the shorts and bathing suit you had worn all day (and the day before that too!)? Or the t-shirt with beer dribbled down the front?

Actually, I'm kinda partial to khaki shorts/slacks. Dissing the khakis is tossing out the baby with the bathwater, me thinks :blink:

Even the dune crashers can post here, but they will get harassed greatly by me.
Tonight, I tried to have a relaxing evening on the Beach, so I refrained from yelling at the 40+ people ( I kid you not), and just took some photos of them. To see them, check my photo album for a sample. For some reason, black shirts were also popular tonight. B_stards!

This is our plan...I just need someone to snap a few pictures. I like the sepia tone of your picture. I'll try that too. Rest assured, if we do wear our white and khakis we will be far, far from the dunes. I saw a shot where the family was holding hands walking in the water and I thought that was really cool. We may try that. I think it'll make a nice Christmas card.

If I take your picture and post it here, you are welcome to a copy for yourself. You may get lucky. I enjoy taking pics of people having fun and people breaking rules.
