Do you have any more pictures of the manatees at Cedar Key? The one with your daughter is really cute. My daughter is doing a report on manatees and we just went back and looked at your pictures. She saw one by Lake Powell last year but didn't have a camera with her. When did you go there?

I do have several. We went last year spring break. We took a day trip from my mom's to Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park. It was great. I've always wanted to see manatees in their natural habitat ever since we got them at the Columbus Zoo. Before that, I had no idea what they were! I would be glad to email you pics if your daughter would like them. I have a couple of good ones of them just gliding along in the water...no people in them. :D

Thanks, that would be great! That is a trip I'd like to take the kids to. Maybe sometime this year. I'd rather do that than Orlando!

We didn't see much of Homosassa Springs but I really liked the park. We went to Disney (Magic Kingdom) on one of those days last year too. Mom is moving back soon so I guess we won't be doing Disney on the cheap anymore. :lol:
