Since Fermentations is gone, are there any other wine stores/bars that have a decent wine selection? The choices here in PA are limited (I searched our wine store for the Big Red Gulp & Peanut Noir but they must have been sold out. :blink: ) We?d like to try out some new wines while there & smuggle some home in our suitcases.

Rosemary Beach has a wine bar. I've not been there personally, but everyone I know that has been there had no complaints. :lol:

Both would be nice. Not looking for anything outrageously priced but a nicer selection than Publix.

We like the wine shop on 30-A near Eastern Lake, in the same little cluster of shops where the art gallery (Art that doesn't match your couch) used to be. It's just past the Resort Quest office, on the left hand side of the road if you're headed east.

I googled Chan's and they seem to have several locations. Any idea whether they are all the same? I am staying in Miramar Beach so I'm thinking the Destin location can't be too far.

You are correct, the Destin location is not far from Miramar. It is located in the outparcel of Publix across the street from Destin Commons.

I bought wine at Grayton Beach Wine and Spirits. I think that was the name. The girl who runs the place was very friendly (of course) too!
