Good time to clean and purge - many sycho things that can indeed be purged at this timely juncture. Probably some older bottles of stuff in there in the way back.
Or, you could make a funn concoction like my Big Bros did for me in lieu of my chocolate milk one morning!

Freon leak, clogged drain line.
$245.00.
The fix could last 6 months to a year.
Time to start researching ss fridges.
Completely empty and clean freezer.
Going in now to smell stuff in the fridge part.
Wish me luck!

swgb...are you really going to help Lynnieoleum?
P.S. I am so darn confused...I was writing about this frdige problem on two different threads!

We have a new addition to the extended Scooterbug clan!
9 lbs 1.4 oz baby boy (my poor cousin).
He is named after his maternal cousin, uncle, and grandfather, and paternal grandfather. He also shares the name w/ his baby cousin who preceeded him by 6-7 months - apparently the plan is to cut down on time spent summoning family members by giving everyone the same name! ;-)
His middle name is unfortunately "August" - a family name last used on "the golden retriever fron hell" my grandparents owned when we were kids/teens. The nicest thing anyone can say about August the dog is that he was ahead of his time for his habit of "recycling" any feces he came across. Papa Scooterbug still regrets saving him when he was about to plummet to his death over a mountain waterfall.
P.S. Who sends out the email announcement to friends and family for their newborn baby titled "It's a monkey"?

I can't make this stuff up:
Yesterday I emailed my massage guy (he makes house calls) because I needed a massage. His car was in the shop, so he asked if we could meet in the evening. Sure, fine--kind of weird, but I told him 8:00 was fine. I went to a school basketball game, came home, and here he was.
About 20 minutes into it, we hear sirens. The sirens slowed, and then stopped...I'm used to this happening because of my crazy neighbors, but this time they stopped before my house. Mike went to the window and said, "The fire engine stopped in front of your parents' house. Do you need to call them?" I told them my parents were out of town--unless the cats called or the place was on fire, they're in the wrong place. Nevertheless, I needed to check it out. Too bad I was butt-naked...Chaos ensued...Turns out my elderly neighbor across the street had fallen and cut her head, and looking back, I'm amazed that I didn't do the same in the hubbub.
(I got the scoop when I called my other elderly neighbor a bit later. I haven't talked to him in years--we wave as we drive by--and the man kept me on the phone for a half hour. I gotta say I'm grateful to have 4 neighbors within sight of my house who have been there for 50 years, not to mention my parents next door. Hard to feel unsafe.)
So then I went over to my parents house. My well is low again, so I've been bathing over there. I got in the tub, and here come the cats. They perched on the toilet to watch, and ended up sitting on the side of the tub. About that time my mother called to find out about my neighbor, and Bonnie Sue decided to see if she could fit on the other ledge of the tub (against the wall.) Bonnie Sue found out the hard way that she's bigger than she thought. I was on the phone with a cat on her hind legs in the tub with me. This couldn't end well. She managed to launch out of the tub, but hit the hair dryer on the way out and very nearly knocked it into the tub with me. I found water 4 feet up on the doors and walls exiting the bathroom...
I'm not taking my clothes off anymore. Too dangerous.

Glad you're ok as well as the neighbors, kitties, etc. But, also glad that someone else just experienced a strange 24 hours as did I.
