:clap_1: Hey,
Wanted to start a new thread to see if any of you SoWal's liked the Pabst Blue Ribbon?
I was thrilled to find it sold by the bucket at the new Amore Pizziera at Gulf Place.
That's the first time I've ever seen it sold somewhere other than a gas station in the middle of nowhere.

PBR is the Natty Light of the NYC. It's at all the fun southern bars here. For a friendly $3 a pop!

$3 a pop? You can buy like whole keg of Pabst for $10. :laughing1

The fun bars carrying PBR are not around here. I know of several places that serve tall boy (16oz) PBR for $1.25 and Schlitz 12 oz cans for $1. In those bars, that is the beer of popular choice.

Uh hello. On my 25th birthday I was in a beer chugging contest at Tortillia Flats and I had to chug a PBR tall boy. And then take a shot of hot cheap tequila. YES!

They used to sell PBR at the Indigo Wine Bar right before they closed. For those of you old schoolers who might remember that place...a great cheap alternative to $60 Pinots

Indigo was a great place...to take a nap! :laughing1 :laughing1

One of the best movie scenes ever is in "Blue Velvet" when Dennis Hopper asks the abducted kid Kyle MacLachlan what kind of beer he likes. The kid says Heineken. Way wrong answer! Hopper goes nuts telling him the virtues of PBR.

Years ago, as a mild-mannered young guy (thought I was a stud), I used to drink PBRs in the factory bars around central Ohio. Nothin' like gettin' a buzz while talking about making truck axles...
But the PBR blues - whoa!!!!!!!
