I am posting this to see if somebody else saw him or took a picture. He was wearing a long brown robe with a rope around his waist and had long hair parted down the middle. He was walking west past the gas station and 331 about 2:30 today. I asked someone else and they saw this same description near Panama City walking yesterday!
Please tell me someone got a picture of him!

I saw him this morning walking along 98 heading west by Taco Bell in Destin about 8:20 this morning. I though about getting a picture. But he freaked me out a bit. :idontno:

There's was a man matching that description a few years back on the side of I-40W somewhere in Missouri. He was carrying a huge dark, colored wooden cross, bigger than him :yikes:
