everything is bigger in Texas...

except the top of this dress....:yikes:

Fug Night

Okay, who let Lil' Kim design a prom dress?

This is, apparently, an actual dress, made by a Texas company that has advertised it successfully in teen magazines like YM and Seventeen. And the model is not, apparently, wearing it backwards.

Why is anybody surprised? The girls that will be buying this are currently wearing "belly" shirts, sporting thongs showing above their way low-rider jeans, and shaking their booties in shorts with words across their fannies. All purchased by their parents- saw all 3 examples on girls in Destin today, shopping with their mothers. None of them older than 15. Tacky tacky tacky.

jdarg, I guess I'm not really surprised, but I know that if I had a teenage daughter now, I would not be a popular mom. :idontno:

I thought that suspenders were supposed to be worn over a shirt.

(At least that's what someone told me when I wore that dress to church last week.)

:floor: Personally I thought it was one of those outfits they wear on Star Trek or something like that. She looks a little like Princess Laya.

Recovering from my divorce. Oddly enough, the day it was finally over, it hit me really hard. I'm finally snapping out of it (and it's good to be back!)

So sad that a girl feels the need to show that much of herself.

that 'dress' implies one thing: we'll never see the dancefloor.

honestly, we barely saw the inside of the prom building. we rented a condo across the street, made a dinner, but had no desire to eat anything after consumption of illegals, and ensuing debauchery. got ourselves together for a 20 minute appearance, then headed back for more debauchery...

  Holy Moly!! I'm old. :(

I've seen more material on a Vegas showgirl and remember when prom dresses looked like they came from the Gone with the Wind wardrobe department.
