22 days and counting

I have to wait 28 days until I there. I agree, it is a test to see how much we can tolerate before vacation. All I do know is that it will be worth it once you get there.

Hang in there! It feels like forever since I've been to SoWal (though it's really only 2 months) but now that we're only a week away, my heart feels tons lighter. I get this soppy sh**-eating grin on my face every time I think I'll be floating in that beautiful blue green water...soon. So don't worry, the time will go fast and you'll be in SoWal before you know it. :clap:

Chick magnet, and all that are coming with me, is leaving the 'Ville in exactly 22 days, heading south on I-65, to reach the rest and relaxation of SoWal. These next 22 days will be a race to see if our kids/job/dog/etc., will drive us totally insane before we can make it to paradise. I'll keep you updated.

Still sounds like Heaven to me. Would enjoy more than the blahs of being in GA.
Retirement is not what I thought it would be. Hubby's postal sub quit and don't allow him time off right now.
