Ok..I finally gave in and ordered Sunkist a laptop from Dell so she could SoWal to her little heart's delight. And now, so far, I've gotten two notices that the shipment has been delayed due to "unforeseen circumstances". What....they over-extend themselves to Wal-Mart or what? :idontno: :bang:

we have had horrible luck with dell customer service in the past, esp. in understanding what the heck they were saying. we had always had dell products until last year when i got a sony vaio for my b-day. i luv luv luv this little baby - and i have so far not crashed it yet. i crashed the dells on a daily basis :roll:
