I was watching the draft show on ESPN. We figured that the Hawks would take Horford as their #3 pick because that's been all over the Atlanta papers. I was hoping that no one would pick Joakim until the Hawks got him as their #11 pick. Unfortunately, that was not to happen when the Bulls picked him at #9.

We had said that if Al and Joa both got picked by the Hawks, we'd get season tickets. Now we'll probably just watch the Hawks and Bulls games on TV (especially the Bulls - I :wub: Joa). That'll be a big change for us because we never watch pro basketball.

I can't WAIT for Da Bulls to be back in it. That's when I'll start watching pro basketball again!!:clap:

Actually that picture of Joakim reminds me of a photo of someone I know quite well. Those tall, basketball-playing guys just love their baseball caps and long hair! That what he was wearing when he was selected to play in the Doral Ryder Open -- see his shirt? Just kidding. :floor:
