kdw - excellent suggestion on the harness. I'm going into town (Destin) today and will go to Petsmart and get a harness.

And jfunn, cornbread needs the excercise and needs to "walk" - not ride in a cart - besides, she might eat the cart!!!

No, not necessarily I see them on all shapes and sizes. Some dogs just do better with the harness instead of something around their necks. I think it would be more comfortable to them. But, what do I know . I am not a dog. I guess I have probably been called Biatch at some point though by someone.....

She has her first walk around the block - and much to the thanks of kdw, she walked on the harness!!! Her Dad was so proud of her. He says not he can take her to Seaside - won't be long till she is swimming in the gulf!!!

Yes, I have had warnings world wide - so far we are down a pair of reading glasses and a rug - caught her just in time yesterday while she was chewing on extra lights for the palm tree!!!
