Hurts, but I'll live. Mostly drunk on Benedryl. It's been more of a funny bad day than a truly bad, disasterous, I'm-gonna-go-eat-worms bad day.

As much as I'm whining about it, I'm sincerely grateful that it didn't tag one of my hands. I'm headed out tomorrow to play piano for two weeks, and bee stings on my arms and hands swell up like a mofo. This one is on the side of my knee, so it's just hot and sore.

Like I told Miss Kitty, it makes me look forward to this coming Friday the 13th!

I'm teaching at a camp for gifted fine arts students called Firespark! (The ! is actually part of the name; I always feel over-excited when I type it that way.) I'm going to be teaching musical theatre and chorus. (I also have to perform a mack-daddy Beethoven Sonata for a recital there and for a recital for grad school next week.)

The "where" part is kind of funny. It's about 7 miles from where I'm lying on my couch. Last year when they asked if I needed on-campus housing, I laughed. By the end of the first week I took them up on it because I was literally only home long enough to fall into bed and get back out of it.

It's great all the way around--the teaching is fun, the faculty is fun, the activities/field trips/shows are fun, and the money is actually very good. Yay...:clap:

We were pulling into D&K's parking lot. We got married at 7pm on 7-7-00. AND- we did stop at Tom Thumb tonight and bought one of those Lucky 7 lotto tickets- didn't win a thing!

I was at the San Francisco Bay on the north side of the Golden Gate in Sausalito with my puppy at the beach!!!! It was about 60 degrees and a little windy, but BEAUTIFUL!!!!😀

Shopping in Piggly Wiggly with my mother and her friend. :lol: They surprised me by showing up at my door to take me out to dinner.:wub:
