BeachBummett's Big Birthday Boat Adventure!

They don't sell drinks on board and encourage you to bring your own cooler. Next time however, all I'm taking is a bottle of water- and a waterproof backpack! I'm surprised none of the coolers went overboard. None of the sowalians did either; it was a very safe trip!
Three hour trip in three parts: One hour out in the Gulf, one hour in the bay, and one hour in the harbour.
Going through the harbour at night with the great selection of music lightly playing in the background...enjoying a glass of wine or three with friends....calm, smooth sailing to top of a wonderful evening. The best!

Frequent Sailing Miles! Sign me up. Last year was the year of concerts and shows. This year, I'm going to see how many boats I can get on.... I think that Pirate Ship in PCB is next....

Well of course in about 7 hours I'll be Kayaking after the Red Bar lunch bunch- that should be a blast!

I'm trying to post more pics. All of them are the same size, but there are two that I can't post as I'm getting an error message saying they are too big! They're just as big as the others.....

Maybe I just need to go back to sleep and try again later....This thunder and rain on the roof is just what I need...

Its good to be back. I've really missed it here. I just need about six more hours each day. Work gets in the way of my Sowalcializing!

Nap time. I love sleeping during a rainstorm. Up here in BFE otherwise known as Sunny Hills, tis quite a storm abrewin.

that harbor part was my favorite.....other than Mermy steering the boat....she would not let anyone else!

This was the best birthday month....ever! We were actually sitting at McGuires after the cruise eating and of course drinking and Maunsel says "How 'bout we go to our house for a night cap" (like we needed one) so we go all the way back to Seagrove DKA, Mermy, Merman and I joined them on the back porch overlooking the moonlit gulf and had a nightcap!:roll:
