We were disappointed too. Couldn't finish it. We turned to watch "On the Lot" that we'd DVR'd earlier. What would I do if I didn't have DVR? I guess I'd have to read a book! :rolling:

Seems to me like someone needs to feel some good SoWal sunshine on her shoulders rather than read about other people doing it...c'mon, johnrudy, turn the tube off and come on down!! I mean it. Really. You wouldn't have a chip on your shoulder if you actually visited SoWal more than once a decade and let it work its wonderful magic on you.

Now, you can thoughtfully offer your advice on how to help me walk on the beach (& run thru airports) without the use of a cane; reassure Mr. JR that he won?t be laid off from his job at a multinational communications company (even tho those around him are being laid off weekly 😱 ) along with a proposed $40k/year college tuition looming before us. We have different priorities at this point in our lives - - not a chip on my shoulder.

I?ve thoroughly enjoyed everyone?s trip reports and photos and have posted so. You?ve somehow misinterpreted that as being a chip on my shoulder.

As you already know, I?d love to come to the beach and I?d love to see family and loved ones in the area. Enough said.
