longing for cool weather, quiet, clean beaches and winter sunsets....

I hear ya'. But I guess it's still July. Otherwise, I'd be there.

You know -- I mowed the lawn the evening and survived. Is it just me or is this summer a little milder?

I think it has been a bit milder this year. but its not even august yet. time for my annual late summer hibernation period to begin...

I know that everyone's temp settings seem to be different but I was just outside drinking iced coffee in the shade and it was really pleasant. But my porch is burning hot - need to remember to wear shoes next time!!

maybe he'll pass my momma in transit - she's going to ireland on saturday. she's on her way to london now.

See if you lived in Alaska like we go and visit you could have this view in July and it's only 70 with 24hrs of sunlight.
