I always said that you could tell much about a restaurant by the cleanliness of the employee restrooms. The business may be shiny up front where the customers are permitted, but if the employee restrooms are out of soap, ... Same thing with politics, if they are dirty behind the scenes, we all get fed some crap with the good stuff.
