My vacation in SoWal!!! :clap:

I have been afraid to discuss it for fear of something going wrong. But I think I am home free!! I arrive Friday night and plan to see a sunset. Bringing my mother this year, so the trip will be different but good. If anyone wants to get together, pm me and let's make plans. Granny will be there, so watch out. At 80 she says lots of oddities, but we just smile and move on. I know I will be like her one day

, so I try to be compassionate.

Let the countdown begin!!!

'em, older folks. Hubbabubba's grandma will be 103 next month and still lives in her own apt. and is very clear but she sure don't mince her words.

I sent her pix to Willard Scott. Hope he puts her on. Have a grayt time on your vacation. Does granny like to swim? or walk? or just chill mostly? How funn for her that you all are bringing her along. :clap:

I am sure Granny will enjoy the trip too. My 72 year old mom would love to visit the beach with me but her health does not allow travel anymore.

Thanks for asking about the girls. Only one gets to come

. The other is junior in college and a hall counselor this year. We had hoped she would fly down the last weekend, but she gets to enjoy 22 freshman girls instead!

Yep, Mother is precious but since my dad passed away, she has had a personality change. She can be so delightful, or really mean. Either way it will be good memories. :wub:
