It begins like this...Never read comments by anyone online!
I was reading the yahoo health stuff online, there was
a thing about hidden calories in drinks..oj and
starbucks, that sort of thing.
So I read the whole thing and learned nothing new.
But, I glanced at the comments from the few pathetic
people who had to comment...one was a girl who drinks
2 chocolata mochachino whatevers 2 x a day with extra
little cream thingees and is surprised to find that
she is gaining weight...then this guy posted.
I cannot think of words to express how I
feel..lol...that is saying something I guess...but
thought I would share it with someone who might have
words.
Be glad, be very glad that you are not this person's
girlfriend .... Here's what this guy said.

Just like guns don?t kill people ? people kill people:
drinks don?t make people fat ? people make themselves
fat. Drinks like orange juice, apple juice and the
like are excellent rewards for people when they eat
health.
Case in point: I have put my girlfriend on a reward
based diet which has dramatically improved her
appearance and self confidence. She got lazy with
exercise when she was pregnant with our third child
and ended up putting on about 20 lbs from when we
found out she was pregnant.
Because she used the children as an excuse why she
didn?t have time to exercise during the day I removed
access to cash and made her turn in itemized receipts
with credit card transactions.
(It is at this point in reading this to my husband that my voice became screechy.)
She was a big fan of those starbucks drinks.
We weighed her twice a day and if she lost 3 or more
lbs at the end of the week she could spend as much
money on starbucks as she wanted the next week and
have as much juice as she wanted (I restricted her to
only water during the weeks she wasn?t loosing
weight). Needless to say her whole attitude has
changed and we are both back to being happy!

He would be so long dead if I were that poor
girlfriend..although if she had 3 kids with him
already, she might deserve him or she is brain dead.
He must have some big golden pockets
