It's the yellow flies that make me crazy. I hate them little batturds!

Flies have not been bad...knock on wood...but the skeeters will take you down at dusk...

Hop, they couldn't be any worse than here. Bad mosquito problems here, and not just at dusk.

Last night when the yellow jackets were chasing me around, I was thinking, "DD is right--insects are out to get us!"

Then I remembered that I said that.

For every smart (or smarta$$ed) thing I say, I think at least 20 really stupid things. Keeps me in my place, I reckon.

Here, too! They're coming into my house.:yikes: I rarely see a bug inside, but this week I've seen a scorpion (jumped out at me as I picked up a pile of clothes I had sorted on the laundry room floor😱), a cow-killer, a gigantic spider, and several caterpillars. Thankfully Orkin is due to visit today.

Here, too! They're coming into my house.:yikes: I rarely see a bug inside, but this week I've seen a scorpion (jumped out at me as I picked up a pile of clothes I had sorted on the laundry room floor😱), a cow-killer, a gigantic spider, and several caterpillars. Thankfully Orkin is due to visit today.

Little bitty spiders all over the place. I'm just leaving the vacuum out to clean up the cobwebs.

It also makes it convenient to suck up all the other critters that come to visit. Last night it was a great big spider, and this afternoon it was big black ants and a wayward wasp.

I don't like bugs. I hope there aren't any in heaven.

Well, I sucked up that scorpion into the DustBuster. I put it in the garage, but now I'm scared to empty it!:yikes:
