Gulf of Mexico. Initially it looked like it was going into Central America. Now the models keep shifting northward to the Bay of Campeche and GOM. Tonight it probably will become a hurricane and there is another system behind it that will probably be a depression.

Looks like we are going to get the year we didn't get last year.

Just pray for swell and no storms! It worked last time. Dean was a really good time. Of course, I can not move my neck and have been to the chiropractor every day but that's beside the point!

You're right! The waves in Panama City were incredible. I don't think I have ever seen the wave so well formed with a tube you could surf through in this area.

When we get "swell" it is as good as anywhere I have ever surfed in the world. The problem with the gulf is it is very short lived. I have had to walk out of important meetings when the calls start coming in!

I'm praying that you all have nice swells and that the rest of us get plenty of soaking rain in North Georgia. I've already washed my car and hooked the gray water up to the trees to try to make it rain, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to buy a boat and make plans to spend a lot of time on the lake just to end this drought...

Please, Felix, please...!

Hopefully someone heard you. An area of showers has potential for development just off of Georgia. Maybe this group of showers will end up back over Georgia.

We have been receiving steady rain for the past two days and we are in southeastern South Carolina.

Bobby J,

Felix is now a Cat 5 storm. Looks like you might get your swells next week. I hope that is all. The forecast after three days is very uncertain because of a low pressure trough that will be over the central U.S. after three days.

Looks like we may have a very small window. What do you think?

Looks like it is going into central america. Doesn't look like we will get any swells from it.
