Fall must see movies?

The Brave One- Jodie Foster!!

I'm not normally into westerns, but that Russell Crowe movie looks pretty good. Maybe a must rent.

The Nines
Lars and the Real Girl
Gone Baby Gone
Rendition
The Kite Runner
Beowulf (I'll admit... this looks pretty awful. But I'm curious.)
Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium
Enchanted
I'm Not There
August Rush (I saw the trailer for this a few days ago and I actually got a little teary-eyed.)

Also: I saw Superbad a few days ago, and it was really funny. Much funnier than I expected.

Movie...

Love Comes Softly

He's actually in two...the western is called "3:10 to to Yuma" and then I saw on GMA that he's got another one coming out in the fall with Denzel..."American Gangster"

I actually enjoyed the book. I was that weird kid in class that got excited when the summer reading assignments were handed out.

Death at a Funeral. It was really funny if you like British humor.

Glad to hear a good report on it! I really like Alan Tudyk - especially in funny roles.

It is interesting to pair up what movies people like/look forward to with their personalities. Wonder what these say about mine?

Halloween (soon!!)
Resident Evil: Extinction (previews look great!)
30 Days of Night (directed by the guy that did "Hard Candy"?! I'm in!
The Mist (more of a maybe on this one)
I Am Legend (hmm.. Will Smith in a zombie movie?)
Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
