A Little Help with Directions Please

I am writing down directions for a friend of mine that is going to be staying at Emerald Hill Condominiums this weekend. I am trying to find out the distance from the Tom Thumb to the Seagrove on the Beach Realty office, which is where she is going to have to check in. Can someone please clock it for me and let me know how far it is from the Tom Thumb? Also, will you please give me a landmark to tell her when she get's to the Rental office. I can't remember what is in that same little place as the Rental Office....thanks alot!!!!!

Darlene, the Office is one and a half beers away from the Tom Thumb,,, IF you are on a mountain bike; walking is about three and 1/4 beers away.....

kathy, at 5311 e. co. 30-a, the office is 5.3 miles east of the 283 intersection at grayton, if you have the other address, ya just have ta do a lil math, good luck.....

KDW, tell your friend to look to the left, if heading east on 30A, after crossing Eastern Lake. I believe Seagrove on the Beach is in the third strip center after Eastern Lake.

I'm impressed with the Google Earth path mileage I gave you earlier, at 1.4 mi. I had to go to WaterSound today, and clocked it on my car, and it was exactly 1.4 mi. FYI - from Emerald Hill condo, it is 1.5 mi to the rental office.

My mom had to check in at Seagrove-on-the-Beach - it is right past the Eatern Lake bridge, next door to a glass company (Seagrove Glass). If she found it on the first try, anybody can. :lol:
