Happy Birthday Mangy!

Just found this and thought of our dear Mango:

On a transatlantic flight, a plane passes through a severe storm. The turbulence is awful, and things go from bad to worse when one wing is struck by lightning.

One woman loses it. She stands up in the front of the plane screaming, "I'm to young to die! No one has ever made me feel like a woman! If these are my last minutes to live, I want them to be memorable--can anyone on this plane make me feel like a woman?"

For a moment there is silence. Everyone has forgotten his own peril, and they all stare, riveted, at the desperate woman in the front of the plane. Then a man stands up in the rear. He's a tall, tanned hunk, and he starts to walk slowly up the aisle, unbottoning his shirt. "I can make you feel like a woman," he says.

No one moves. As the man approaches, the woman begins to get excited. He removes his shirt. Muscles ripple across his chest as he reaches her, extends the arm holding his shirt to the trembling woman, and says, "Iron this."

It was a wonderful birthday weekend. Couldn't ask for better weather.
Early Sunday am we went for a whale watch on our favorite boat
(the Portugese Princess) with Capt. Red, who is usually very hung over Sunday morns, but he went scalloping instead, so John was our man this time. I've been on this boat so many times that I have my own sweater jacket compliments now engraved with Capt. Mango on it.
We saw 6 humpback whales. Five of them were swimming together, a rare sight. It was amazing. They also had a calf with them named Rapael. Too cute. Very playful and just a spectacular sight to see so many come that close to the boat for a full hour.

Had a delicious birthday dinner at Ciro and Sal's, my favorite Italian restaurant and the best in Provincetown. Also hit the beach and had a sea gull laying on my blanket with me, but the best was watching the seals come so close to shore. My sea gull would alert me where they were when he proceeded to fly out to try and steal their fish or get some scraps. ( Guess sharing my tuna sandwich wasn't enough)

Too much funn. My only disappointment was I did not see Cher or Liza.
Just someone dressed like Britney Spears, I think. :roll:
