As some of you know I retired from a 20+ year career. I often tell my kids to do what makes you happy. Follow your passions. Well, I decided to take my own advise. I am now a sales consultant for Rarity Communities. Rarity creates beautiful communities all along the TN mountain chain (those of you from the west might refer to them as hills

). My office is at Rarity Club. We are a gated waterfront golf community with amazing views. If anyone is interest please PM me.

I think you missed an "it" in there so speech writing might not be your thing.. Pictures-definitely!

Hey, last week we got some marketing materials from Rarity. It looked awesome and I was going to check out the website but forgot. Too bad we're "stuck" in SoWal with a bunch of property that we can't sell. Rarity will have to wait.

Good luck with the FL property. Got a call from a guy in Lauderdale today. He was blown away by the pics, the taxes (basically nothing) and the insurance premiums (again, basically nothing).

Personally, I want a place at Rarity, SoWal and Steamboat. Guess I better get to selling some property

Congratulations RO, I'm sure you will do great. With views like those in your pictures, the properties will sell themselves. Gorgeous.
