The now Residents of GA are now bossing the new interns around which include Meredith's half sister Lexi. She's the girl Derek flirted with in the bar last season. George is repeating his internship. He's not happy--in fact, he's freaking out.

Lexi introduces herself to Meredith. Meredith ignores her pretty much. Typical Meredith.

Bad car wreck involves a man hitting a deer and other folks, including a pregnant lady whose arm is severed. Sloan reattaches the arm and George delivers her baby. Izzie saves the deer.

Bailey is really pissed off at the Chief for making Torres Chief Resident and the Residents don't respect Callie. But the Chief tells Bailey that she'll make a better surgeon than a paper pusher.

Derek has no one to talk to, but he does tell Christine that Burke resigned two weeks ago.

Izzie asks George WTF is wrong with him. He freaks out again.

Sloan offers to have drinks with Derek and be his friend. Derek "politely" tells him "NO". Later, Sloan admits to Derek he came to Seattle to "get you back". They laugh. Might have that drink.

Meredith tells Derek they are breaking up. So, they have "break-up sex".

Last scene--George is at Izzie's door. He tells her he loves her too.
