I'll be at the beach from Friday to Tuesday of this coming week. Anybody
used Pure Pilates in Grayton Beach? I'm looking for a beginners/advanced
mat class. Thanks for any help! Is there still a yoga class at the beach
behind the Red Bar on Mondays and Thursdays? Kept meaning to try it
this summmer....
