Brownies are better than ARM resets! Brownies don't require earnest money. Brownies will never be removed from the beach by law enforcement. A run on Brownies is a good thing. Brownies enhance open houses. Residual brownie goo stuck in teeth may be enjoyed for hours. The mere picture of brownies elevates real estate discourse. Brownies are not responsible for $4.00 milk. Yes, I asked the person holding the puppy to pause a moment for the photo during a cross country meet. It was a snuck-in puppy. I've got a cute pound hound I rescued from the county animal shelter.

I recently attended an open house where the buyer was asking 400/Square ft., but the snacks were cookies. Brownies would have been better.

...I saved this ad forever...I want one so bad, but didn't want to store it. All crispy edges is heaven! I usually eat the entire outside of the brownie pan and leave the inside for Mr. K.!!
