I went to the cam to check on the storms and there is something very large and unusual on the beach @ Grayton. Any ideas?

It is raining so hard at my house that the satellite is out and my flat backyard is flooded.

We have lived here one year (today!) and I have never seen the yard look like this!

I know  Congrats, and I agree flooding in your backyard is VERY unusual...;-). It must be nasty there.

The waves don't look big enough to have brought a tree in....

Before it looked like a Trojan Horse, now it looks like a tent w/ a waving palm tree on each side. :idontno:

Does the cam "zoom"?

:wave:Thank God it wasn't raining like this a year ago. But it was a really hot and humid day!

I just looked at the rain gauge- 4 to 5 inches since this morning. It is just about full. Can't see details- i am looking through the window.

Will you put the water in a baggie for me and mail it up here? I really need it.

From jdarg in the field... on the beach out by the water...A backhoe, palm trees, thatched hut, at the end of the access...full sized RV with racks of clothes and people inside waiting for the rain to stop. :floor:

Any pouting supermodels, waiting for the rain to stop? Or are they all in the Red Bar?

Thanks for the update jdarg! I was stuck at SWHS with a dead battery for a while in the last hour and was glad to see this when I got home. But I thought they waited til it was REALLY cold out to do the lingerie shoots.;-)

Jodi,
I was on the beach the other day and there was a small,
red boat just west of Grayton. It had a "remove or lose" tag
on it. I betcha this is the monster on Grayton beach...
by the way, I appreciate the great deal on the music equipment.
especially the Roland PM! it sounds great! Thanks again to Dillion!
Excellent!
chuckster....
