AWWWWW, that is so cute! I love standards. Our miniature poodles used to go ape-$hit over the snow -- they loved it! Our Weim used to bite the snow as if it were a toy. We'd make a snowman, and she'd bite it and knock it down.

BTW, how much does Shooter weigh? She looks bigger than Pepper, who is on the small side, but that's okay. She's a handful at 45 pounds.

Yes, OL, the snow is so near... We sat at last Friday's football game - - coats, gloves, hats & scarves then had a comforter around us! But it was the wind that made it so unbearable.

Wow. I got a sunburn at the Georgia Tech game. It was so hot that I bought a GT t-shirt because my yellow light cotton sweater was too hot. I rolled up the sleeves so I wouldn't get a farmer tan. A lot of guys had sunburns at church today fron the game. Most women didn't because of heavy makeup, I presume.

Heck, yeah. I know how cold it gets in Chicago. I remember back in the day going with hubby every year to NeoCon in Chicago when it was in May (now it's in June). I'd wear the same clothes I wore in December back home -- wool gab, a lot of winter white, etc., to avoid appearing too out of season, yet not freezing my a$$ off.
