Don is an authority on the ancient yogic and meditation sciences as well as the psychology of personal achievement. Teacher, mental health therapist, counselor, seminar leader, and monk, he has spent the last 30 years studying and applying himself to discovering, unleashing and teaching about the incredible power that exists inside each human being. Don has studied under the guidance of Swami Muktananda and other powerful meditation and yoga teachers since 1977, receiving the name Swami Jnanananda Saraswati in 1980.
He has extensively traveled the world, and especially to India, to study with masters of meditation and people of personal power. As a result of his studies, he has synthesized psychology, human behavior, super-learning techniques, neuro-linguistic psychology, meditation, yoga and the true meaning of personal achievement and success to create an amazing and powerful series of transformational technologies.
Don has helped to create and manage various meditation centers and ashrams in many cities throughout the US. He has also been on radio and TV, and has conducted many seminars to hundreds of enthusiastic people all over the country in a variety of formats. Some of the cities include Atlanta, LA, San Diego, Ann Arbor, Orlando, New York City, Boulder, Miami, San Francisco, Oakland and Sacramento.
