Michael Jordan's divorce!

The house with the black top drive is Michael Jordan's FORMER house in Highland Park, off Rt. 22 (just West
of Hwy 41) on Point Drive.
It's ALL hers!! She owns the land, the main house, all four guest houses, the river, the golf course, the tennis court, the basketball court, plus alimony and child support!! Her total settlement is over $150,000,000.00 making this the LARGEST divorce settlement in history. I did not know she even played ball!

My husband drives by there every day on his way into work. Of course, he can't see anything from the road but he sure talks about it a lot. :cool:

Huge settlement, but he's actually lucky (in terms of divorce) since he didn't have to pay her 50%. He's worth about $400 million and is one of Forbe's Top 40 Richest Americans!

She just needs a little more eye shadow to pass for Prince.

Child support? I thought their kids were grown or at least in college by now. (I may be thinking of Payton's kids tho.)

He may be the greatest athlete of our time. I think she did nicely for herself. Michael J is Da Man!

I love MJ for being a classy athlete (usually an oxymoron) who wore suits or nice clothes to walk to his transportation after every game because "that might be the only time his fans would see him", and his wife for having the gumption to negotiate a great settlement for herself.

I was on the site when they were building it (I worked for a company that was involved in the construction of some of it) It is by far the biggest residential project I have ever seen - we did work on Paytons house also and that place although beautiful was nothing compared to this. I think Jordans was built around 15 years ago or so.

I love Micheal Jordan as an athlete - but certainly wouldn't want to be married to him.
