Tonight was one of those beautiful warm nights that felt like one was in a snowglobe catching the trees and so peaceful. My sister in Georgia has been missing the snow at Christmas and I promised her I would try and take pictures. Tonight was the perfect night. Thought I would share.

It's a little dark, but I think I got some of the snow coming down in the video. I was outside in just a sweatshirt walking around with friends and neighbors. It really did feel like being in a snowglobe.
After Christmas I could live without it unless it snows like this and then melts away in the morning. :lol:

Gorgeous photos, Mangy. Your part of the US gets a few "Northeasten'rs every winter" -- They're stunning (and can be challenging).

You crack me up. That is exactly how I feel about it. I need snow on Christmas Eve (falling please) and after that, I'm really not bothered! A few token snow storms throughout the winter to stave off the blahs of the season, and I'm fine.

5 days until Christmas! I woke up this morning and finally feel like it is Christmas!! I have officially crossed the Christmas spirit line- no more whining, griping, biatching, moaning, complaining, worrying, etc. It feels great- now I am just excited!

Looking at your snowy video sealed the deal. :wub:
