What about ya'll? I guess it's probably secret if ya do, huh?

Did you just keep walkin' around or were you able to fly? One clip I saw about it that was really
when this powerful character in second life was actually about 8 CP patients and their caretaker and they were all so engaged, it was a real 'wow' moment to watch them fly all over a virtual world from the seat of a wheelchair in real life.
Has anybody visited? Today I saw a special on gaming and how it is actually becoming way more interactive through these virtual worlds. There's even a virtual mall with real stores and merchandise. As easy as I got hooked to sowal, I'vemyself to the virtual worlds.

I have enough problems just paying for real things, and am not willing to pay for virtual things.

It would be more interesting to do a real virtual reality, using real places. We will be there one day with our microchips, which will allow people to track us. Someone on the net could fly over anyplace, via Google Earth, fly down to Grayton Beach and see who is at the RedBar or on the beach. blah, blah, blah. Think I'm kidding? Parents are already considering microchipping their kids in addition to their pets. Nano technology is changing the world.
AAAAWWW heck, just use virtual money!!!Sounds good in theory, but they require that you purchase the virtual money with your Visa or Mastercard -- seriously.

Why?And people really do this? Why does a doll need changes of clothes? Does she get them dirty while eating? Why?

What are you drinking?skim milk. Why do you ask? I was simply pointing out with my question, that not all people spend money for logical reasons. Some choose to spend it in the virtual world by buying real estate for virtual store frontage and others choose to spend money in the real world on things which are unimportant, like Barbie getting a fur coat. I still cannot get over Barbie having a thong.

[/b]Yes, but she goes on only virtual dates in the mind of the person who drags her along.
I understand now,I think. But at least Barbie can get dressed and actually go somewhere.

Isn't that what usually happens on SoWal?
...have you missed all my deep thoughts?
Thanks for joining us with your virtual post about our virtual nothingness....jdarg and SJ are having a virtual discussion about virtually nothing!

skim milk. Why do you ask? This is why I love this place. Not even just "milk;" it has to be "skim milk."

[/b]It is painted on- she had no choice in undergarments. Like Ken having no choice in his lack of manliness.I just had a childhood flashback that made me laugh--I never liked Barbies (and after reading this, I think she was too high maintenance for me!) I didn't really like dolls, but I had Little People, which were the precursor to Cabbage Patch Kids. (The cloth version.) I had a whole drawer of clothes for them--they went everywhere but to school with me, and had to have outfits. Looking back, the sad part was that all their clothes were hand-me-downs from my mom's friends. Poor little welfare dolls...!
