Hey, that place has my name on it! Maybe my husband will give me an extra birthday present today, huh? :floor:

Although I have to say I was wondering if that Mermaid was really a "Merman" in disguise? (Now that will get everyone looking!) Or maybe just a muscular Olympic swimmer--ocean wide marathons, do you think?

I was thinking the same thing! Especially the pic of he/she on the bed. Did you notice the kid watching TV, he couldn't be bothered to leave the room for the pic!

They should've put a little less effort into posing the mermaid and put a lIttle more effort into decorating! :idontno: You don't get a second chance for a first impression and the bedding was, "BORING"! :nono1: When people spend that kind of money, they want nice surroundings  and even in a sale property, alot of people simply do not have vision! I guess that's the Realtor and Marketing, coming out in me. Just a personal thought! But, I'll have to hand it to them, it was creative!

Diane...that brings up a question on buying a "used" place. I'm pretty sure if I was going to use the place, I would change out the bedding and anything else that was worn. I've often wondered if you could buy some of these places unfurnished and start over (meaning...can you get them to lower the price and take the stuff with them?)

In my opinion, EVERYTHING'S NEGOTIABLE! :clap_1: Can depend on how badly, some people want to dispose of their property, huh? ;-)

Sueshore, My son was asked that about a condo he was selling furnished. He told them absolutely not, the furnishings are worth nothing and I figured that into the asking price, buy it furnished or don't buy it. They bought it.
