Helloooooo, my Grayton!

Hi, everybody! I woke up to a white Christmas this morning...sand and sky and frothy waves on Grayton Beach. It is so good to be here. This year has been a year of too much travel. I am beginning to feel like Laika, that Soviet dog shot into space to orbit the Earth until she died! But all is well when I am esconced at Conch Out and cruising around anywhere in SoWal. Had dinner at Borago last night and will trim a tree with my family this evening. And the search for the perfect oyster begins today.

Kurt, thanks for posting the reminder about the Eden Gardens Christmas Tour. I usually get here too late. But we are going over this afternoon and will look for you, Tootsie and Spidey there. It is one of my favorite places and I will leave a very good tip.
