I understand because I have a Mom with Alzheimer's. One day she drove herself to the bank in downtown Newnan. She forgot where she parked her car. She flagged down a policeman to ask him to help her find her BLUE car. They couldn't find it. The policeman filed a stolen vehicle report. That evening when brother got off from work, he drove Mom back to the area. He fairly quickly found her GRAY car. She refused to give up the keys. A month or so later she drove somewhere and forgot how to get home. It scared her so badly that she asked us to take the keys away. :(

I thought this thread was going to be about the new driver's license being required to board a commercial airplane. People over 50, won't need the new driver's license.

because of profiling. Yes, they say that people under 50 are more likely to be terrorists. Can you believe that they are going to actually profile?

Are these the same people that said women weren't terrorist threats.............until there was a spate of female suicide bombers.

What a crock! Even my limited makeup skills could make someone look older and hair dye isn't a controlled substance.

My mom called to tell me that she and my dad stopped at the store on the way home. She left him in the car, but told him to be sure to lock the doors so nobody would get him.

While he was sitting there, a woman walked up to his door, opened it, and started screaming. It scared him so badly that he screamed, too. She had parked her similar-colored van one aisle over from him, went to his van by mistake, and thought that he was waiting to abduct her.

Mom had a good excuse for an "I told you so!"

An old lady came into her doctor's office and confessed . . .
. . .to an embarrassing problem: "I fart all the time, Doctor Johnson, but they're soundless, and they have no odor. In fact, since I've been here, I've farted no less than twenty times. What can I do?"
"Here's a prescription, Mrs. Barker. Take these pills three times a day for seven days and come back and see me in a week."
The next week, an upset Mrs. Barker marched into Dr. Johnson's office: "Doc, I don't know what was in those pills, but the problem is worse! I'm farting just as much, and they're still soundless, but now they smell terrible! What do you have to say for yourself?"
"Calm down, Mrs. Barker," said the doctor soothingly. "Now that we've fixed your sinuses, we'll work on your hearing!":floor::rofl::eek:

90-year old George went for his annual physical
All of his tests came back with normal results. Dr. Smith said, "George, everything looks great physically. What's your secret?
George replied, "God and me are tight. For example, He knows I have poor eyesight, so he's fixed it so that when I get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom *poof* the light goes on, when I'm done *poof* the light goes off."
"Wow!" commented Dr. Smith, "That's incredible!" A little later in the day Dr. Smith called George's wife. "Ethel," he said, "George is doing fine. Physically he's great. But, I had to call because I'm in awe of his relationship with God. Is it true that he gets up during the night and *poof* the light goes on in the bathroom, and then when he is through *poof* the light goes off?"
Ethel exclaimed, "Oh, my God! He's peeing in the refrigerator again!"
