Seaside weddings

I heard all seaside weddings must go through seaside.

MaxxandMe, don't believe everything you read. (wink, wink). I know of at least one wedding in Seaside which occured without input from Seaside. However, that was before they erected all of the "private" signs, and had patrolling security.

I think if you wear beach apparel over your wedding dress, quickly remove, Say I do, run away from the Seaside Wedding Police, you then could say you were married in Seaside. Good Luck

Hopefully Joe and Max are Just Kidding, I would hate to see anyone ruin one of the most special days in your life by avoiding policy.

I would imagine Seaside is much like Disney in the wedding department, they have control. Which I would not see a problem with.

If you are just interested in a Beach Wedding I am sure there are plenty of places to have one, without involving Seaside in other locations of SoWal.

Minnie, I wasn't kidding. The wedding was very small and it did happen, and the day wasn't ruined by some security guard.

You could always have it on the beach between WaterCooler and Seaside. Take photos with Seaside in the background. Anyone not very familiar with the local area, will have no idea whether or not it was in Seaside.

so what's so important about seaside?
