hi sunset. my favorite sunday morning is coffee, newspaper, cartoons, a hot breakfast, and pajamas til noon.
I'm loving the slowness all around us - sowal winter - its a time to reflect and catch up with friends and family.
I'm loving not leaving the house all day long.

My usual Sunday ritual is breakfast at Hibiscus. and then an afternoon nap. I have coffee, oatmeal, read the paper, and I always run into good folks.
Then an afternoon nap (if Dodie permits).

Sleep in until I fill my quota of dreams and lazy snuggling, either go out for brunch or cook a breakfast that takes too long to have on a weekday, enjoy the nice weather or do a project, clean up with a long bubble bath, book, and a glass of wine, yummy dinner, catch up on phone calls, then I'm ready to start the week!

hmmmm......can't remember
Sunday mornings are a "work" day for me, but Sunday afternoons are wonderful--naps and really cheesy movies.
Tonight I'm watching John Travolta and Olivia Newton John (and no, it's not Grease...

Yes...Sundays are the day to reflect...I totally agree with everyone. To reflect and be still...wow, how it re-fuels everything!
Of course...Sundays on 30A...though quiet...are a day of reflection all the way around. People gather in amore quiet manner it seems, to listen to Dread, or meet friends at someone's house to eat...or just be alone in your PJ's and hybornate all day!
That short video on the thread starter truly shows you just that!
Happy Sunday Everyone!

In the winter time, it is chillin in the pj's with the family, drinking hot tea and just "being" if you know what I mean. Then we usually get around for lunch at our favorite place here in Kansas.
Spring time, it is chillin on the patio with a cup of tea and talking with the kids as they make their way outside to sit.
Summer time on Sunday is at the condo, getting up and walking the beach with the littlest one or hubby and then going back and having a cup of tea on the deck looking at the gulf waiting for the big kids to get up and then we head to the beach for the day...

Kind of for me too...it's usually a rush to get to church...we stay for first hour worship and then sunday school after that. It's usually noon before we get out and then lunch somewhere--then home for a nap!

Sunday service at Fire, then just remain lazy and digest the rest of the day.
