a great sowal story here by DD:
http://www.sowal.com/bb/blog.php?b=53

thank you for taking the time to tell this DD! love it. and now its documented for all time.

if anyone has anything to add in the way of comments, please do so.

I'm posting this here because I don't know how we are to find out about new blogs being posted, and just happened to spot under DD's name that she has 2 blogs so I checked them out.

Maybe there is a way for folks to alert us about their blogs so we won't miss them?

Who wants to tell the story about the soiree when we all arrived as "Miss Kitty"?

Just for you, sweetie.

I've wondered this too...wish we had some sort of "alert" that let us know when a new blog was added.

I'll leave it up to someone else to tell the Kitty Soiree story.

The Miss Kitty Soiree story is one of my very favorites. I think I even teared up a little out of happiness reading it. So yes, please tell it again...

allifunn? who organized this little soiree? do tell the story via blog!

also, fyi, I see that on our menu at the top of this page we can click on Blogs and it will give you a list of all blogs. that's a start. but if we run across one that is noteworthy, maybe we can bring it to the lounge by honoring the blog with a thread.

The first soiree and us dressing up as Miss K is a classic! I'll post a blog later today  I think it was originally my idea to dress up as the devine Miss K...but DD helped pull it off!

This is way too complicated for this early in the morning. I'm going to close the door and read myself to sleep.

Think "Rubik's Cube".

Rubik's Cube solutions are based on a series of sub routines similar to those most commonly found in Fortran.

So why is this happening? :idontno:

Is SoWal.com getting better or is this some kind of diabolical plot to take over the world?

I believe we are beginning to detect a warp in the time/space continuum which is threatening to suck us all back into the 70's.....

I think seaside2 means FORTRAN (it's an acronym). That why you didn't understand. I personally would write a recursive algorithm in LISP rather than FORTRAN. I'm winking.
