Sorry this did not quite "cut and paste" as intended. You'll have to imagine all of the comma's between the establishments. Either way, you'll see the ones I have referenced in previous posts and hopefully get the wake up call.:blush:

With all due respect, I can't allow your post and have deleted most of it. The material you posted contained dozens of keywords I prefer not to have on this site. I think we've covered the subject quite well on another thread.
