A crack head was convinced to jump off a building for $20. Personally I think this shows what an addict will do for their fix.

Not funny...tragic that there is someone so messed up that he would do that to a "mentally deficient" man, and tragic that crack (or crack money) was the bait.

MIDLAND, Pa. -- A Beaver County man has been charged with coaxing a mentally deficient crack addict to jump from a building for money or drugs.
Anthony Morris Jr., 28, of Midland, faces a preliminary hearing March 10 on charges of reckless endangerment and involuntary manslaughter.
Police said Morris coaxed 44-year-old Melvin Brown to jump from a two-story building last March. Brown died of a skull fracture the next day. A witness said Morris coaxed Brown to jump for "a twenty" which police said referred to a $20 bill or crack cocaine worth that much.
Midland Police Chief Ronald Bongivengo said Brown had a diminished mental capacity, mental health issues and was addicted to crack.
It is not clear if Morris has an attorney
