I love me some whiskey, prefer Royal Crown, but some of that "Irish" whiskey could strip paint off a boat. There is one that is so god awful I wouldn't use it for cooking. I can't remember the name of it though.

Well I had green tea at McAlister's Deli, that was about as exciting as it got today for me. But I did wear my green, so no pinching. :blink:

I adore st patrick's day... there isn't a single thing to do in celebration unless you wanna drink some green beer or eat some cornbeef and cabbage. no thanks on all of the above!

the naughty leprechaun did leave visit spidey's classroom during the night and left quite a mess of green paint spilled, green markers, crayons and pencils everywhere, green construction paper scattered all over the floor, etc etc... and left a big jug of green water that all the children enjoyed. the kids get a kick out of it every single time.

I had a meeting at work that I was dreading--anxiety attacks all last week over different things that were going on. I had at least 5 separate issues I had to address with my boss.

Without boring y'all with the gory details, every item was met with a positive, encouraging response that I never expected, and the scariest, most important issue (regarding whether or not I have a job there, if I would have to go back to landscaping this summer, etc.) had options beyond anything I hoped for. If that's not the definition of a lucky day, I don't know what is.

It doesn't hurt, either, that my first encounter with the world today involved waking up out of a particularly wonderful dream...Do you ever have days so great that you just don't want to go to bed and end the day?
