On March 8th Chef Ed married me. Hours later he dove headlong into Bud and Alley's incredibly busy 1st week of Spring Break. One week it is all talk of love and forever and vows, the next week it is scallops, reductions, fish tacos, crawfish boils, Tarpon Club and tapas.
