Does anyone know anything about the wreck on Hwy 98 Saturday night or early Sunday morning around CR 395? I heard that 4 people were killed but there is absolutely nothing in the paper. Didn't know if they were locals or Spring breakers.

I don't know if this is related, but I did see a gold, 4-dr car (a malibu maybe? camry?) in the ditch at 395, south of 98 on one of those mornings. At the time that I drove by there was just the car, and a deputy sitting in his cruiser. Looked like he was filling out an accident report. No other people or cars, though. I had wondered about that.

I heard about it on the news, but they didn't say anyone was killed. They DID say that the driver and one of the passengers fled on foot.

I was really surprised that it wasn't in the paper. Was it and I just missed it? I mean a mom flipping off another mother at a daycare made the paper, but not a car wreck where people were critically injured... hummmmm:scratch:
